FREE Suples Workshop led by Suples Championship Head Judge Holly Lewis.
This workshop will feature the Bulgarian Bag, Suples Ball, & Path of Glory.

Who is this for?
Anyone interested in training or competing with the above equipment.

Learn the foundations of the
Suples Spin, Snatch, Swing Squat, Squat Press, & Arm Throw with the Bulgarian Bag.
You will also learn how to Slam the Suples Ball and experience the Suples Path of Glory.

We will run through the Team Relay and discuss the most effective ways to perform ALL the Championship exercises correctly.

We will finish with a Q&A.
