Bulgarian Bag Elite Is a standard of performance and reps within the Suples Original Bulgarian Bag *Muscular Endurance Discipline. If a competitor completes the set reps (that can be seen on the Championship Discipline & Rules Page) on each exercise within the allotted time periods, then they have qualified as Bulgarian Bag Elite.

Chung Mok Lee is the 2023 Men's Suples Extreme Bulgarian Bag World Champion from Team Suples Korea! Chung Mok is the VERY FIRST COMPETITOR to ever qualify as Bulgarian Bag Elite within the Suples Extreme Category! His performance at the Championships was like NO OTHER! He managed to qualify ALL 5 Disciplines within the Bulgarian Bag Elite Standard, something that has never been done in SUPLES HISTORY! In the process of achieving this, Chung Mok dominated the competition in his category against countries: USA, Bulgaria, Mexico, UK, and Ireland, all while maintaining an incredible, calm, and collected composure.
Chung Mok has ALREADY inspired many to push themselves and strive for their highest goals and to compete in the Suples Extreme Category next year!
One of them is Vasil Slavov - the NEW CHAMPION in the Extreme Category!
"My name is Vasil Slavov. I have been involved in wrestling for more than 20 years. After I finished my career, I turned to Conditioning with the Suples Systems. I've been doing this for seven years now. I have always trained my group fitness classes as a competition, but in the last year, they were able to compete in reality. Last year I set a record in Poland at 12kg, and now this year I set the record at 17kg. Thanks to Chung Mok for inspiring me to push harder during my training, and I hope at the American Championships I can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him."
