Specific training application for each SUPLES BALL
When you train with Suples Ball *Speed, you should start with the lightest size/weight ball, since the goal is to perform as many reps as possible in a set in order to develop fast twitch muscle for the development of raw SPEED and ACCELERATION.
Stronger, bigger, or better fit athletes can move up in the size/weight range to continue to be appropriately challenged while still focused on developing SPEED and ACCELERATION.
The optimum exercises for the Suples Ball *Speed require you to do short, explosive sets in 20 - 40 second intervals. Remember, the purpose is to develop SPEED and ACCELERATION!
Even the highest level athletes should be working at a high-speed, super-intensity pace that will leave them exhausted after 4-5 minutes!
To meet your different training goals, simply switch between the larger/heavier SUPLES BALLS and the smaller/lighter SUPLES BALLS to build specific routines based on your desired training outcome: *SPEED, *ENDURANCE, *STRENGTH, or *POWER!

When you train with Suples Ball *Endurance, the goal is to perform high volume reps of our different exercise movements over longer periods of time in order to develop muscular and cardiovascular ENDURANCE and STAMINA.
The optimum exercises for the Suples Ball *Endurance require you to do moderately paced sets keeping the SUPLES BALL in constant motion for periods lasting from 30 – 60 minutes and even longer! You can add different exercises like slams between swings to vary your routine to make it more fun while getting a super cardio workout!
Athletes of better fitness levels can move up in the size/weight range to continue to be challenged, while even younger children can use our smaller, lighter weight balls to focus on developing long-term ENDURANCE and STAMINA.
Remember, the purpose of using the Suples Ball *Endurance is to maximize your ability to stay active for longer periods of time, so while you will not be fatigued to levels of exhaustion, you will be gaining the benefits of long term cardio! If you want to shift your focus to *SPEED, *STRENGTH, or *POWER, simply switch to a different SUPLES BALL and change your routine!

The optimum exercises for the Suples Ball *Strength or *Power require you to do sets containing dynamic movement repetitions, similar to how you might design a weight-training program. Remember, the purpose is to develop EXPLOSIVE POWER, so it should not be expected that you do longer sets or higher repetitions.
Stronger, bigger, or better fit athletes may be able to use our heaviest Suples Ball *Power to build suitable routines to increase their explosive power, while younger or smaller or beginning athletes may choose to start their strength training with the lighter Suples Ball *Strength.

The SUPLES CUFFS are weighted packages used for upper and lower body exercises.
At SUPLES, we use the SUPLES CUFFS primarily for muscular endurance workouts.
The SUPLES CUFFS fit as an accessory with all of the Suples Training Equipment. They are available in two different weights: 2.5lbs/1kg and 4.5lbs/2kg
The few extra lbs/kg that the SUPLES CUFFS provide can surely make a difference in strength, speed, and overall performance.
