Shipping Policies

The shipping rates that are listed for each product on our website are only valid rates for shipping in the USA, except for the following states; Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and APO and FPO addresses. To receive the correct rates to ship to any of the states and/or addresses listed above, as well as international shipments customers need to email us at sales@suples.com or call us at (208)362-4248/ (269)-288-2451 so that our sales office can send over the correct shipping rates.

Shipping and Delivery:

We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS and R & L Carriers to ship our products. The standard delivery time is anywhere from 3-7 business days. We will also provide you with tracking information for your purchase. We also provide International and/or express delivery if needed with an extra fee.

Note: Suples is NOT responsible for stolen packages once your order has been successfully delivered by the shipment carrier.

If your package was NOT delivered by fault of the carrier, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation shown on the tracking number so that we may assist you.

Email notifications with the details of your shipment will be sent to the email provided on the order.
