If you are not satisfied with your Suples Ltd. purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund (subject but not limited to terms and conditions).

NOTE: The return is required to be made within 15 days from the original shipment for USA customers and 30 days for International customers.

Suples Ltd.’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Does Not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, or purposes not intended (i.e. WWE throws), the product being mishandled, or improperly stored.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back to Suples. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The customer is responsible for damaged or lost items due to inadequate packaging. Suples Ltd. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.A refund will be issued within 7 business days after the item has returned to Suples Ltd. in acceptable condition.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Suples Ltd. Used Merchandise Policy

All sales are final on our used items that Suples Ltd. sells at a discounted price.

If a customer sends back Suples Ltd. used items that we sold to them at a discounted price, we will ship it back to them at their expense.
