If a customer purchases a product that he/she doesn't like, they may return it for a full refund (as long as the product is not damaged). In this case, the customer will absorb the costs of shipping (both ways).

If the product is damaged during transit, Suples will send a replacement only if proof of documentation is submitted to assure us that the damage was done during transit. If there is a manufacturer problem, Suples will send a replacement as soon as the orignal damaged product is received..
To deliver your product on time Suples, Ltd will ship via FedEx, R & L Carriers or UPS, ground transportation. Products are usually delivered to customers within 5 to 8 business days unless customer requires air shipment than the shipping time frame can 1-3 work days. Once the product has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for any damage or delays.
There is a Two Year Warrantee for Genuine Leather Throwing dummies and Bulgarian Training Bags, starting from the date of purchase. There is a One Year Warrantee for Artificial Leather Throwing dummies. Suples, Ltd warrants its product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
The warrantee is NOT VALID if products have been mishandled, improperly stored, or used for purposes not intended (i.e. WWE style throws). Any defects related to materials and manufacturing are covered by the warrantee.
All shipping fees of products returned to Suples, Ltd are the responsibility of the customer. Suples, Ltd will pay for the return of product to customer if product is deemed defective and warranteed.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic items (ie. scratches, scuff marks, denting or compression from incorrect storage, fading, discoloring or weathering, normal wear and tear or damage due to neglect or vandalism.
The shipping rates that are listed for each product on our website are only valid rates for shipping in the USA, except for the following states; Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and APO and FPO addresses. Returns and Exchange by Mail
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item back to Suples. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. The customer is responsible for damaged or lost items due to inadequate packaging. Suples Ltd. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.A refund will be issued within 7 business days after the item has returned to Suples Ltd. in acceptable condition.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Submiting a Claim

No Product should be returned without written permission from Suples, Ltd. When products are returned without written permission it will be shipped back to customer COD (cash on delivery).
Loss or Damage in Transit
Suples, Ltd is NOT responsible for loss or damage during transit. Our responsibility ends when the carrier signs the bill of lading, which is our receipt that shipment was made complete and in good condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the product against damage before signing the bill of lading. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill before it is signed.
