We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Suples Ltd. purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below.
Genuine leather products: 3-year warranty.
Non-leather products: 2-year warranty.
Our warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections or natural variations in the product that do not affect the product’s safety, durability, or performance, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, mishandling, improper storage, or use for purposes the product was not designed for. Manufacturing defects affecting the product’s safety, durability, or performance remain covered under the applicable warranty.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Required photos or videos
Returns must be made within the following periods, measured from the original shipment date:
USA customers: 15 -20 days.
International customers: 30 -35 days.
These return periods are separate from the product warranty periods listed above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Please package all items securely. Customers are responsible for damage or loss resulting from inadequate packaging. Suples Ltd. is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after Suples Ltd. receives the returned item in acceptable condition.
Merchandise that does not meet the conditions of our satisfaction guarantee will be inspected, and a deduction will be made from the refund.
All sales of used merchandise sold by Suples Ltd. at a discounted price are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
