The Suples Multifunctional Rack with Wheels is designed to store your equipment, as well as to be used as an anchor. The wheels on this rack allow you to easily move it throughout your gym, indoors, or outdoors. When using the rack as an anchor, be sure to secure each of the four wheels in place, as well as to have a minimum of 80lbs loaded on the rack. The rack offers multiple anchor points on the side, bottom, and along the front, giving you a wide variety of training options. As an anchor for the H.I.R.T.S. resistance bands and accessories, the rack is designed to support one person at a time, with a maximum resistance of 80lbs, which is equal to two heavy H.I.R.T.S. resistance bands.
Suples does not recommend performing sprints or long jumps with the HIRTS resistance bands attached to the rack.
