The Suples Barbells and bumper plates are designed to be used on both Suples zones combat and steel.

With high-quality rubberized plates, we can perform the following traditional barbell exercises: Hang Cleans, Power Cleans, Front Squats, Back Squats, and Deadlifts. Along with that, we have the benefit of being able to roll the barbells on the mats for a variety of exercises for extra core training.
