Bio:
Vania was born in Bulgaria and now represents Suples Italy. For Vania, the sport has always been a great passion for her. Having cultivated a love for fitness for years now, often self-taught and carrying out continuous new endeavors, she decided to challenge herself by taking the AIF personal trainer path, which has allowed her biggest dream to become a reality, a true profession. She obtained the European Technical qualification diploma, ACES ASI, which confirmed her registration as a third-level trainer.
Vania has a degree in biology with a specialization in biotechnology, which pays particular attention to the metabolic mechanisms that constitute an integral part of weight loss and muscle growth. She also has obtained the NID in Sports Nutrition, thus unifying two worlds that walk hand in hand.
It was the introduction and meeting with the Suples Training Systems that revealed what to be Vania's true passion.
Vania has earned the following Suples Educational Certifications:
•Bulgarian Bag Level 1 Suples Fit
•Bulgarian Bag Level 2 Suples Strong
•Suples Ball Level 1 Suples Fit
Bulgaria and became a Suples instructor.
As of May of 2023, Vania has earned her title as Suples Instructor.
