- Strengthen posture while improving stance & motion skills through progressive resistance training with the Blaster’s H.I.R.T.S. bands
- Mimic a live wrestling match by easily adjusting the resistance levels of the Blaster’s H.I.R.T.S. bands while doing interval drills at match pace
- Improve endurance and learn to maintain proper posture & balance even while becoming fatigued
- Practice stance & motion drills without a partner (Shadow wrestling)
