Warm-up
The warmups on the Suples Path of Glory *Foam can be beneficial not only to combat sports but also to other sports, including physical education classes, and overall physical development for children. The Suples Ball is the ideal training tool to be paired with the Suples Path of Glory *Foam for an even more overall useful training system.
Along with this, the Path's soft foam padded mat elements offer a safe foundation for a variety of different tumbling and acrobatic exercises.

Suples - Target Slam Mat

The Target Slam Mat is a must have if you own a Suples Ball. It is designed to be used on most surfaces to help you slam loud wherever you may be, as well as protect your Suples Ball. It will give you one less excuse to miss a workout. Also the target on the Target Slam Mat is there to help everyone learn to deliver the ball to the mat correctly, so you have effective slams that continue at an intense pace. The Target Slam Mat is made with top of the line material that absorbs the strongest of slams and won't break down. So spin fast, swing hard, and slam loud anywhere you want!

Suples Ball *Short Handles

The Suples Ball *Short Handles are 14 inches in length.
The Suples Ball Short Handles are a good fit for beginners, youth athletes, children, and smaller-framed people. They are a helpful accessory to have at a training center because they allow for a beginner-friendly option for any athlete. 

Suples - Gi Handles

The Gi handles are a great tool, especially for stregthening SPECIFIC GRIP TRAINING for sports such as Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, etc. The Suples Gi Handles are compatible with the Suples Ball, H.I.R.T.S., and other Suples Training Systems.

The SUPLES CUFFS are weighted packages used for upper and lower body exercises.

At SUPLES, we use the SUPLES CUFFS primarily for muscular endurance workouts.
The SUPLES CUFFS fit as an accessory with all of the Suples Training Equipment. They are available in two different weights: 2.5lbs/1kg and 4.5lbs/2kg
The few extra lbs/kg that the SUPLES CUFFS provide can surely make a difference in strength, speed, and overall performance.
The SUPLES CUFFS are a safe piece of equipment that can be used on the mats by anyone, including advanced wrestling athletes, youth athletes, and fitness enthusiasts.
