Brendan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Chris Haueter as well as the owner and program director of The Gentle Art Academy (Singapore's most competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school) In addition to his passion for grappling and fitness, Brendan is the head of services for a publicly listed software company where he consults to some of the world's largest organisations. He also is a husband and father of three. Brendan is passionate about the endurance, strength and coordination benefits of training under the Suples System and is proud to lead the Suples Experience Centre in Singapore.
